You can choose to create a clip from a timestamp or from the transcript. If you choose “Create for Timestamp,” you can input the start and end time to choose your custom clip length. If you opt for "Create from Transcript," a popup will appear. Select the transcript segment for your custom clip by dragging from the first word to the last word of the captions where you want it to end.

Notice how the clip is immediately generated on the right-hand side. You can play and pause it to review. Then click on "Preview and Create." Name your clip, e.g., "My Custom Clip via Transcript," and click on "Confirm." In about 5 to 10 seconds, your custom clip will be ready.
